This month, we’re studying “wellness” in the Get Momentum Leadership Academy and as part of a faculty development program at Samford. “Wellness” means a lot more than just physical health. Exercise just doesn’t happen for me at Samford.
At the beginning of September, I joined Planet Fitness down the street. The effect of the space is interesting. When I walk in, I know that This is Where I Work Out. It’s worked reasonably well so far as I’m down about 30 pounds since the summer.
